Covenant Solutions LLC was founded on a simple belief — that early-stage businesses deserve access to the same quality of financial guidance that established companies take for granted.

Covenant Solutions LLC was born out of a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a business from the ground up — without established revenue, without a long credit history, and without a roadmap handed to you by anyone else.

Our founder navigated the complexities of LLC formation, business credit development, CDFI loan applications, and real estate project coordination simultaneously — learning through direct experience what works, what doesn't, and what most small business owners never get told about the capital access system they're trying to navigate.

What started as a personal journey through capital stack structuring and business credit building became a set of repeatable frameworks — for identifying the right lenders, preparing compelling applications, building business credit from scratch, and managing complex projects with limited resources.
